Connecting in Christ Together * 10.19-11.29
Are you a part of a small group? If not, why not try one for six weeks? Pastor John will begin a series of messages in October with the following themes: As I Have Loved You, Showing Up, Loving Flawed People, Truthful But Tender, Extreme Forgiveness, and Cross Shaped Love. Each small group participant will have a study guide and there will be a DVD presentation at the small group meeting on the weekly theme by such noted speakers as John Ortberg, Henry Cloud, and Chip Ingram. Cooking With Yvonne and Julie * 10.17
If you want to learn more about cooking in a quick and cost effective way, you won't want to miss this year's cooking event on Fri, Oct 17, at 6PM in the Fireside Room. You get to watch demonstrations about cooking, ask questions about the meals, and taste them as well! You will also go home with all the recipes for the meal. The cost is $7. Sunday FUNday! * 10.19
This FUNdraiser is a family event for everyone! There will be a baked potato dinner, games, clowns, contests, and quiz show: Are You Smarter than a Pastor? The cost is $5 per person, age 6 and under:$2, family of 6 or more: $20. All money raised will go toward buidling materials for the YWAM base in St Croix.

Triple Whammy Concert! * 10.19
WFMC's very own Fifth Street Brass and Sonlight Band, along with the amazing talent of David Harsh, will combine in a fun, family-friendly concert at WFMC on Sun, Oct 19, from 6-7:30PM. You won't want to miss this concert! David will also share some of his original music on Sunday morning.

Widow's Might Luncheon * 10.22

Light the Night * 10.31
We've started getting ready for our 5th annual Light the Night community outreach event. It will be held on Fri, Oct 31, from 6-7:30PM in the church parking lot. At this event children in the community come with their parents and go from decorated car to car in the parking lot playing games, gathering candy, popcorn, caramel apples, and a hot dog grab and go dinner. There are many ways you can get involved: decorate your car and hand out candy, donating individually wrapped candy, donating food (please contact us for specifics), helping make caramel apples, bagging popcorn, setup/take down, traffic safety, and more!
